Left side is to dedicated pump. It was lined up, just moved when it split (yes at the joint to manifold). Equipment pad debris from the nasty wind storm…pool got the hammered with sand, dirt, leaves 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes, the broken side goes to the dedicated sheer pump. The black piece (manifold?) snapped from the white standard pvc and its one piece. It was probably already reattached previously (before we owned) Not sure if it’s repairable or not.

Our sheer descent pipe snapped. It seems to be all one piece. Any ideas and proper part name to replace? Thanks, Chris

not crazy at all....we opened last weekend too (we are in Ohio). I was so tired of looking at the yucky black cover and the ducks were back swimming on top of it. chris

We are in Ohio and I have been opening in April too....extra work? yes but, gives me something extra to do. It is a pain with the extra grud floating around but, makes it feel closer to some summer fun. We were able to swim several time in May so, it was worth being all ready in April...kids...
