All plumbing is being pressure tested now and with the weep holes actually being exposed now I don't see this being an issue going forward but am worried about the 1 inch difference from end to end.

I'm having a pool built and apparently all 4 weep holes were not completely through the shell. We got 3" of rain in 24 hours which caused one end of the pool to float nearly 9". Once the weep holes were punctured the pool immediately began to drop back in place. The pool is currently 1 1/8"out...
