Need Recommendations on a Liquidator Build

Since you have a variable speed pump I would recommend a stenner pump over the liquidator. The liquidator needs to be set based on your flow rate and since you will be changing your flow rate it would be a challenge to get consistent results with one.

    Odd electrical issue

Thanks CA92807 for the writeup and thanks to everyone else for your help. My switches are controlled via software but I'll measure from the point where they are tied into the panel to determine what light or fixture has the issue. I suspect I will find both have a some leakage and the total...

    Odd electrical issue

I'll look at the wiring in the junction boxes. Could it be thats its a poor connection and this only triggers when both lights are on for some reason? That's the part that confuses me.

    Odd electrical issue

It's at least a 15 amp GFCI. The pool light is 500 watts and the spa is 100 watts. I can have everything else turned off and turning on just those 2 cause the gfci to trip. That should be under 5 amps so i dont think its an overloaded circuit causing this issue.

    SWCG or Stenner

I was excited about this until I ran the numbers, unless my math is off this looks to be higher cost for chlorine than store bleach. Here are the numbers I used Pool store $20 for 4 gallons of 12.5% vs Walmart at $2.94 for 121 oz of 8.25%. Looks like an oz of pure chlorine from the pool store...

    Stenner Pumps - Why 220V?

I used a 110 because for me it was just easier. I don't think there is an advantage either way.

    Stenner help needed!

Did you verify the black tubing was not cracked or split? This is one of the problems I had run into and I like you did lots of troubleshooting to figure this out. I would try a new tube if you have not already.

Stenner Pump- How Much is too Much?

I went with the 3 gallon because i wired it to my pool controller and it only allows for 15 minute interval times. Just something you may want to consider depending on how you wire it up.

Acid Injection - Proposed Set Up - Questions & Comments

the 15 minute timer interval is the main reason I chose the 3 GPD pump (also i'm using mine for chlorine which is higher dosage than acid anyway). Changing the tube is very easy requires no tools and takes about 1 minute. The tube typically needs to be replaced ever year anyway. I would try...
