I have expansive clay soils. I had a trench filled with mid grade gravel. Leaves a lot of room for water but it could wash the soild and collapse my concrete patio.

I just had a new pool installed by Family Leisure in Little Rock. The skimmer separated when the concrete coping was installed. A month later it has rained 8 inches in a short period and my pool is leaking into the gravel channel behind the liner and pool frame. What are the long term problems...
