Try adding a little new solder while the hot iron is sitting on the bead you are trying to remove. It will help transfer more heat from the iron to the board.

Try tapping the gauge, sometimes the needle gets stuck. If that works then it's time to replace the gauge.

Would doubling the sample size and reagants give you twice the accuracy? As in 200 ppm instead of 400 ppm.

Today I am Salt=3200 Fc=3.5 Cc=0 Ta=50 Ch=150 Cya=85 ph 7.8 Still needs a little more water but pump has been running, just turned chlorine generator on so if it is working properly fc should go up, cya should drop a little more, then I can work on upping ta slightly.

Got it running! Ordered nichicon brand caps which are top quality, much better than the teapo in it, from digikey. I just measured the old caps height and diameter, and distance between leads, that plus the uF and voltage written on the cap is all you need to order direct replacements. Installed...

Conductivity is conductivity. Resistance is very simple to measure. I believe you are missing the point in that what it displays is far less important than what it thinks.

Ordered 8 new capacitors and two fans, found one of them seized. Will update with results.
