ICW 40 Flasing Green

all other lights are green, (salt level). (Flow). It's the cell status that blinks green, indicating check cell. about 2 years old max. Appreciate your help and response.

I have cleaned the unit a few times, and still flashes green. we have salt level good, any idea why the flashing green would indicate check cell?
