I'm in DFW with a pool build currently underway, and I'll echo other comments: that's a very good price for the size and features of your pool (but not ridiculously low or anything...I wouldn't worry too much about that).

I wonder what they cooked in their spa microwave? Glad to see they're making themselves at home!

Waterfall / grotto is 3.5 feet high; weeping wall is maybe 2 feet high

New pool construction to begin in 3 weeks...builder has proposed the use of a 3 HP Pentair WhisperFlo pump to supply the water features. They are good sized features (waterfall and weeping wall). With the 3 HP pump running, there should be plenty of water for them, and that is the issue...
