    My PB said he could acid wash it again, but I am worried that will just remove the top finish and make it worse and weaken the quartz. Worried.

    I do not remember any "polishing finish" done on mine??? Maybe but I did not see it done.

    I am having issue also with my 8 months old quartz pool finish. It is changing for the worse. Dark spots, bright blue spots, I actually can see bootprints on the bottom. Not looking good at all.
