Replacement laterals for Hayward SX244DA2X discontinued

hmmm, I thought it did, but I think I see where you are going with this. If it "poofs" then it is most likely algae? but if it doesn't, it is heavier and likely sand? I'm going to have to double check now

Replacement laterals for Hayward SX244DA2X discontinued

Ok, you guys have convinced me. I'm going to try to get the pool clear so we can swim in in one more time before I mess something up though! I'll hop back on when I take the plunge...I'll have to review the top removal procedure again.

Replacement laterals for Hayward SX244DA2X discontinued

Hi Folks! This year I've finally decided that I will not attempt by myself to do a deep clean of my sand filter and instead hire someone to do it. After being told by 3 out of the 4 businesses I called that they are not taking on new customers, I found one who scheduled me in. The next day she...

    Rising PH— please help

Hi - I'm following. I've just had the exact same situation and we are in Maryland! Our 3rd year of having the pool and I had always stopped measuring pH since it was always so stable. Now it is 8.2 and I just added some dry acid last night to bring it down - thanks for posting!
