I would also like to edit to add that the pool seems to be off level in that area by about 3/4 to 1 inch when measuring from the top of the water to the lower edge of the plastic coping.

I recently replaced the pool liner on my steel wall above ground pool. We had a massive leak over the winter and lost all of the water in the pool, which caused some bowing in the wall in a few spots. Now that the new liner is in,and the pool is filled, we have two uprights beside each other...
