Thanks for the info. Just seemed wrong to me when the solar return was just barely warmer than the pool temp when using higher flow rates.

Thanks for the replies. The solar runs best around 12-14 gpm (gues-timate) and the intellichlor likes about 28-30 gpm or no flow light comes on. If it doesn't matter; i guess I will bump the filter time an hour or so and fine tune with the percentage.

I have an intellochlor on a 8000 gallon pool. Been running the pump for 5 hours every day (not including the 5 hours my solar is running and filtering, but bypassing SWG). The cell is running at 70% and FC running around 1.5-2. Should I run the SWG at higher percentage or run the pump longer...

Rated at 21.0-19.4 at 208-230v. My concern is current draw at start up with stock eztouch relays.

New pool owner and pool ready to be filled in the next week or so. Pool is 35x7x4 (8000 gallon) all tile salt pool. Question is should I shoot for different chemical levels (specifically CH) due to the tile? Thanks in advance.

Just wanted to make sure that the PVC can handle the pressure. Still don't fully understand why all the weight from the water in the pool won't burst the 2 1/2" PVC........

Thanks, all lines have ball valves for shut off and most have check valves for N.E. And spa. At least priming won't be a problem......
