Under construction in Tampabay Florida

The dig crew was out on New Years Eve and got the dig done and rebar. This morning they are back out looks like they are digging the trench for the footers for the screen enclosure. Not sure if you saw my other thread, they cracked my sewage pipe and patched it but PM said a plumber will be out next week to reroute the pipe around the pool.

I had one of those waterline cracks also. I think it is Par for the course anymore. Glad they broke ground on your dig. Its fun to watch the process as it moves on.
Things are crazy here because the construction crew who is also affiliated with PBJ is here starting the back of the house/patio project. I woke up New years day to cement saws and grinders outside my bedroom window after pulling a double at the ER the night before lol. The screen guy is supposed to start Monday and the Pebble Tec goes in Thursday according to the PM. Heres a few updated pics before the and after the crews started the patio remodel. Its going to be a traffic jam in front of my house this week with all the crews here at once.

Oh wow! You do have a lot going on at once! I am surprised they were working on New Years day. Yeah they broke the sewage pipe and then a few days later broke the door off the hinge on my fence...waiting to hear back on that one!

I hope he fixes all that stuff for ya. He should
Another no show monday for the screen guy. Its pretty much to the point now when they tell me someone is coming I can rest assure they are not. They will show up unexpected and at the worst time.

Pebble was installed Monday and acid washed cleaned friday and filled overnight. 11,350 gals

My PB told me that they do the screen before plaster because the metal shavings from installing the screen get all over the place and it's easier to clean up before there is water in the pool.
They did our screen enclosure first, too. I suggest that you cover the pool during the construction. If you haven't bought a solar cover this might be a good time to do so.

The water has cleared nicely and we had some sun today so I took some shots of the bands and Pebblesheen

I would guess the PB is caring for the water the first 30 days?

Did they install screen enclosure?
Yes he is supplying "Pool School" from a local service for 30 days. He supplied the cleaning equipment and vacuum.
The screen is in process should be done by Friday.
They discovered that Hawkins installed a few things wrong to my Intelliconnect automation. He rewired it and now I have full control of the lights, heater, pump and salt generator.(Which we have not started up yet) These microbrite lights are really amazing. They pointed mine in a direction that faces away from the house reflecting on the white PVC fence and at night they really light up the whole backyard.
