Zero average salinity Blue Works BLSC

I just set up my pool (23,000 gal) and the salt cell looked to be working with a 3400 salinity reading.

An hour later and it read zero salinity and zero current. I’ve tried resetting, turning it off and on, unplugging it. There are NO alert or warning lights.

The pool is brand new and it has 22 bags so far. The cell and system are all brand new too.

Sounds like infant mortality. I would make a warranty claim.

Welcome to TFP! Are you sure the cell wasn't in between generation cycles? Amps, volts, and salt readings go to zero on my cell module when in the rest cycle. With my make/model, it does start a new generating cycle when turned off & on, but yours may be different. Any changes today?

I’ve let it run for a week now - no change.

What needs to be replaced? The cell or the unit itself? It was an Amazon purchase a year ago but was in the box until the pool was finished.
