Why wont my Dolphin S200 clean the seams of my Vinyl liner pool ?

Hey guys...I have a Dolphin S200 that is about 2.5 years old. It works...sorta. No matter how many times I run it, it does not seem to clean especially the far side of the pool seams. Everything else
it seems to work OK, but not there. I've run it half a dozen times at least and it just wont do it. There is PLENTY of cord to stretch out so I am not sure why it wont do it.
It used to do it...but now it wont this season. Thoughts ?
 
How do the treads and brushes look? Worn? What about the rubber “fins” on the bottom?

Does your robot have the special vinyl cleaning brush that looks like a Magic Eraser sponge or are they just the standard rubber fin brushes?
