Where did the water go?

Building a new house that includes a small spool, about 2600 gallons (see pic). It is just in the shotcrete stage. In the Atlanta area it’s been raining the past 7-10 days. Friday, when I went over the house, the pool was about half full of water. Yesterday, Sunday, I went over and the pool was about 1/4 full. Today, Monday, it’s empty. Nobody pumped it out. So, where did the water go? Being I’m a first time pool owner, I don’t want to jump to conclusions. But, this doesn’t sit well with me. Your thoughts are appreciated before I bring the subject up to the pool contractor and GC.

Hi...shotcrete is not waterproof. Your plaster finish will provide that for you once it is applied.

There’s most likely a hole in the bottom of the shell to keep the pool from floating due to ground water. It will be filled in when plastered.
