When does water get added?

Hello, We just had our new pool plastered yesterday with Sunstone Blue Pearl. We are in Florida. This morning someone was out and power washed it. They didn't tell us if it was an acid wash or not. It's been 5 hours and no one is here to add water to the pool and it's a Friday. I called the PB and the lady said if it was acid washed it has to dry because you don't want acid in your pool water and someone should be out tomorrow or Sunday to fill.

I am worried about:
1. Staining
2. Cracking

Everything I am reading states that water should be filling the pool by now. What are your thoughts? I attached some images.

Just for reference...

In my case they plastered one day and it sat overnight. Then the next morning they acid washed and as soon as they were done with the acid wash, they immediately started filling the pool.

I don't know if waiting longer matters or not.

You really can't do much. If the PB told you to wait, and you don't, then you are to blame if anything goes wrong. If the plaster finish isn't to your liking, then the PB can say - "I told you to wait and you didn't ..." so then he has an easy out for any future warranty issues. If you do wait, then he's on the hook for it all and you can say "The pool sat for days after the aggregate was exposed and you told me not to fill it ..."

I know you want the best finish possible but you also don't want to own any potential problems either. It sucks, but I highly suggest you do not touch the pool.
