I found some old threads with mixed opinions on this subject matter. If my schedule sticks we should be finishing the pool with pebble sheen(blue surf) next Thursday and acid washing/pool fill Friday. How long after should I wait to let the kids in? The PB does 1 month of start up, I will be brushing daily [emoji41]

We were in once the pool was full equipment on and water balanced. So I think it depends on your builder and plaster type. Pebble is different than traditional white plaster in terms of the break in period.
+1 to check with your PB, he holds the warranty card. Mine said jump in and we did, before it was even finished filling. Then we had a pool party the following weekend.
So I asked the PB and he said after pool fills-no wait time? Perhaps pebble sheen finish allows for it?

Our pool builder said the same. I went in as we were filling the pool and made some foot prints which eventually went away with brushing the pool
