a refreshing 88 which I consider perfect, and 88 is about as warm as it ever gets. I have big trees on both sides of the yard which supplies the welcome shade.
77. Got a bigger pool, moved it to a sunnier spot. It was close to 80degrees, but the air temp went down to 51 last night, so it was 75 this morning. Finally got a solar cover, hoping to report higher temps soon!
Pool hit 90°F for the first time this year. After a rough and tumble spring, we have finally hit that "boring" summer weather pattern that I was so ready for.
I am stuck at 86-87. The pool is not getting as much sun this year and neither is the solar. Installed a propane heater and I am using it to get it to 89, which we find comfortable for evening swims.
Water Temperature started st about 76°-80° after initial well water filling of my new AGP. Since then temperature had been hovering at about 84°. Temperature has been more stable since I started using the solar cover at night.
88-92 for the last few weeks. Full sun till about 7-8 in the evening. At least when the outside air temp it's in the high 90's the pool has more humidity than the air. Kansas!
We have been at 84 for the past few days. Going to leave the cover off tonight, as tomorrow is supposed to be near 90 degrees, and I don't want the water any hotter than 85 or so. So much nicer now that the pool is in the sun all day. Our old pool rarely hit 80.
