WOW! 110 people is a LOT.

Put a big butt on the primo this afternoon. We'll take it off in the morning and eat it all day. I was going to do some ribs in the morning since it's hot already but they are in the freezer! Somebody ate em already.

Yeah it's our 3rd annual and it grows every year. The biggest issue is storing the ~50 lb of meat for a couple days.

I always like doing pork butt. Haven't made one in a while.
