I had the pool company who was doing maintenance before i bought the house come out yesterday. Glad I did!
Ladders were loose, skimmers are missing doors, heater full of pine needles/leaves, 90* pipe in the return that is only supposed to be for winterizing, I have to side jets where I am supposed to have down jets for the cleaning system to function well, and a few other smaller items.
He showed me how to work the in floor cleaning system, and more importantly how to set the valves for vacuuming and what to do with the in floor system when I am vacuuming.
Good money spent.....until he tried to sell me on his chemicals, and telling me he would test my water for free instead of me having to do it. I politely declined.
