So my pool plumbing runs up my house to the roof for solar heating. I need to mount it to the side of my house which is stucco. I want to avoid any vibration because my bedroom is on the other side of the wall. Any suggestions?

You shouldn't get a lot of vibration, but the pipe needs to be firmly attached or it will move and the sound will make you crazy. Any type of screw anchor designed for stucco will work. Get clamps that hold the pipe tight. Usually the horseshoe shaped ones from a hardware store work well, either PVC of galvanized metal.
