What did you do to your pool today?

Pssssst. Hairnets
I used the skimmer sock and got a lot. But I’m gonna have to clean them a few times a day, because it was basically clogging the basket when it got full of petals. Lol my opening was going too good I guess something had to make me work. Ps I hate this tree. It’s basically a pain the whole season with what it dumps.

Don't have to clean these, just toss 'em...

That heater must be working overtime!
Heater hasn't been used yet...water is a brisk 71. Started swimming once it hit 65. Refreshing! Gonna have to start using it though so my 4 year old will get in. 12, 8 and 6 year olds are all fine with the cold water.

You are all nuts. I didn't even put my legs in until the water hit 80 🤣

Yep, mine got to 82 yesterday after turning the solar heater on last Thursday. It's hard to know how much was the sun on the water vs the sun on the solar panels. I'm pretty sure the panels are adding at least 5 degrees. Which makes all the difference this time of year in wanting to get in or not.

[And yes, we know all you people in Florida are snickering, thinking "What's the big deal, we swim all year long!" So thanks for not saying it out loud!!]

Make sure that he knows where the steps are even with the cover on.
He knows where they are. He definitely doesn't mess with the pool when it's covered. He won't get in if I dont get in. Now the German Shepherd... he'd do a belly flop right onto that cover.
