Waterfall pump not turning on

I have a Hayward super pump that powers a waterfall. It’s not turning on. When I flip the switch to give it power, I hear a low buzzing sound like motor is trying to turn on but can’t. I’ve read it could mean the windings are tight or something blocking? Anyone have anything I can try? My normal pool guy is not replying to me at all and Id like to get this on

Thanks guys, good resources. Question, I was able to get a 30mF cap locally, but when I opened my pump it only had a 20mF cap inside. Both are 370 v. Can I use the 30 or do I have to use a 20?

Your signature says Whisperflo but you say Super Pump.

Do you have a picture of the pump?

The 20 uF capacitor is unusual.

Do you have a picture of the original capacitor and the new one?

Here is the original one and the pump, I put the new one in and it didn’t work, so now I’m assuming the cap was fine and it’s the windings , but now I can’t get the back of the pump off because the bolts are terribly stripped/rounded. Ugh. Not sure why my sig says that, I don’t think I ever put my sig in

so the back is all rusted out and has a hole in the back of the cover. I am assuming now that I need to replace the motor. I think I found an exact model motor replacement for the pump. I am watching some youtube videos on the process now
