water testing

Last time I checked (1100 am yesterday)

ph 7.5
I added 28 oz of muriatic acid
1145 I added 98 oz of bleach
500 pm I added 1lb of stabilizer in a sock
around 7:00 I checked just chlorine still .5 but ph was 7.2
This morning 6:30
TC 4 with the kit (with the oto test it was 5) not sure why it was different
ph 7.5 with oto test
Ta 290 (that was better than yesterday's 320)
CYA still below 20
I am thinking things are going in the right direction. Pool math said to add more stabilizer, but I want to wait a bit. I'd rather move up slowly. Is that right?
