Ok. I will work on this stuff and see if I can get anything out of the pipes. I am having a bit of a hard time getting the 3/8" nozzles but I think I found someone that would sell them to me. Thanks again for your time and help with this giant "headache". Your time is much appreciated! Jake G.

They also make inserts that fit into your existing nozzle to reduce the size. Do you know the part# of the venturi jets that you have?

Your pool builder should know what tees he put in the spa and should also be able to tell you their part number. Given how much he screwed this job he should find them for you and install them for no charge.
Good point for sure. I will try and call him again (hate to even deal with the guy anymore knowing how bad he screwed up). At best, we are getting a lot less than what we paid for.
