Water is very clear, I do have some sum leafs on the bottom due to a recent storm that I need to get out

Thanks, the water temp hit 70 today so we were able to use the pool for the first time since it was built, the kids and us adults had a great time swimming 
well my test kit finally came. Here are my first results

Congrats on the kit purchase! I would get the FC up to 5-6 and not let it fall below 4. If you are dilligent about it, you'll have no worries. CH is a touch low, but I wouldn't fret over it just yet. Do you know your fill water CH?
since the water was just tap water. I can test the tap water and see what the CH is
