How can I reset the username? I have had no trouble with the Omni app since we installed the pool in November 23. Weekly or more often I use the app. Today I signed in to check the salt on the chlorinator and I had been logged out. I cannot remember my username, please tell me how I can get this reset.

My guess is you will need to call Hayward support and give them the MSP ID of your outdoor panel and they can send it to you.
Which Omni system do you have?
I would look at the network login on your outdoor panel and it may show the username used.
Or call your builder or installer who installed the system in November 2023.
