The pool supply houses should stock it and I believe it can be ordered through Home Depot.

There are a few versions of Laticrete but Hydroban is the most common.

Take a look at Laticrete Spectralock Pro Premium Epoxy Grout. Seems to be a really good product that I just used on my pool.

We used Tremco Dymonic 100 polyurethane for the coping/deck gap, as well as for the waterline tile/coping gap.

For waterproofing around the penetrations (returns, lights, drains) we used the Basecrete that we were waterproofing the entire interior shell with.

We used Laticrete SpectraLock Pro Premium epoxy grout for waterline tiles and the submerged coping gap in the weir wall between the spa and pool. Used Laticrete 254 Platinum for waterline tile.
