Hello everyone, this is an update to our construction thread of a few years back here in Nicaragua.
New pool build in Nicaragua
We finally completed the WHOLE project!
We have eliminated the kitchen inside the house and the living room. The old kitchen and living room will become an enlarged master bedroom suite with the mother of all walk in closets and bathroom. They are not part of the center garden courtyard and I think the result is worth a post here with some photos.
By the way, the pool has operated flawlessly. now for over 3 years.

Next will be the outdoor home theater in the play courtyard.
