Two Tier Plumbing Plan - Looking for Feedback

So I think we're getting close to pulling the trigger on a new infinity pool. It'll be an OB (done one before, but this will be more complicated). Wanted to see if anyone had feedback on the plumbing design/general equipment?

Main pool will be approx ~800 sq ft w/ 75 sq ft spillover spa. Will have a ~25 ft infinity edge to lower pool. Lower pool of approximately 300 sq ft.

Goals:

- Upper pool will have larger rock waterfall
- Upper pool will have 2 bubblers on tanning ledge
- Spa will have its own small rock waterfall
- Lower pool will have grotto with waterfall and swim up bar, so it will actually be a useable pool

Upper Pool Equipment plan:

1x Intelliflo 3HP - This will handle circulation, heat, spa heat, spa jets/waterfall.
1x Whisperflo 2HP - This will primarily handle Upper pool waterfall and bubblers - but it could have a dual purpose of handling the Edge by pulling from lower pool rather than upper.
110-125k BTU Heat Pump (Pentair or Raypack)
400k Propane Heater (Pentair or Raypack)
Pentair 100 Sq Ft Quad Filter
Intellichlor ic60
2x Colored Bubblers
3-4x Intellibrite colored lights

Lower Pool:
1x Intelliflo 3HP - This will handle circulation, waterfall, and could handle the edge as well depending on how I plumb it.
Pentair 60 Sq Ft Quad Filter
Intellichlor ic20
2x Intellibrite colored lights

Goal was 3" Suctions and 2-3" returns depending on what item.

Questions -

1. Would you advise a 2nd smaller heat pump for the lower pool? - I'm worried that this will put me at having to use a subpanel over 100A, which seems like a real bear.
- Otherwise, I can use the edge to spill over heated water, which I understand isn't ideal.

2. Am I straining here with overusing the pumps? I'm wondering if I need a spa jet pump. I used my Intelliflo for 8 spa jets previously and never turned on the air blower, but it was only a 50 sq ft spa.

3. Opinions on bubbler brands?

4. What the heck control system do I need from Pentair to control all this mess?

Thanks!
