You appear to be using different types of blocks under each leg? Are all the legs on blocks? It is hard to tell in the photo. If the blocks aren’t all level to each other, that’s a problem. Also, the block should be larger than the leg. If any part of the leg hangs over the edge of the black because the block is too small, you will likely end up with bent legs.

We did actually rearrange the pavers today. We actually got the pool done on level! The water pressure at our house is in sane and after only a few hours we had about 3 1/2 feet of water in the pool. However I wanted to go to bed and because it was filling so fast I went ahead and turn the water off. Because I still have some concerns, If we put much more water in there we won’t be able to rearrange legs pavers and support.

Not normally how we see pavers, but as long as they are level and the top ones don't snap under that pressure you should be okay. Long night for you I suppose.
