Trying to diagnose a Hayward RS750 pump

Called a pool service company today and described my problem to them. They suggested testing the voltage going to the motor. If it was 230, then they suggested replacing the motor. Sound reasonable? I'll call a couple other places just to get a consensus.

Also, looking at motors, would item # UST1072 or #CT1072 at http://www.electricmotorwarehouse.com/56Jframe.htm be my replacement motor, depending on whether I went with an energy efficient one or not?

My current motor is shown at http://www.linzarni.net/pool/RS750 Spec.jpg

Quick update. I finally measured the voltage going to the motor only 120V is getting to it. Upon further inspection, I believe I have faulty wiring going on one of the lines. I've called my contractor to take it from there. I'll provide an update once all is up and running again.. Spishex, definitely appreciate all your advice on this thread!
