Troubleshooting Jandy Relays

I have a Jandy RS8 (installed in 2001) and I recently damaged a relay, so I am trying to replace it. I ordered what I thought was a duplicate unit off of Amazon, but it is not functioning (a 2nd replacement unit also did not work).
I'm trying to figure out of I am receiving the correct relay from Amazon or if I have a secondary issue. I've tried reaching out to Omron for tech support, but I've received no reply.

The new (replacement) relay is showing 34.1VDC across the terminals and the other 5 relays are all showing 33.3VDC. Not a major difference, but it's odd that it's off by 2.5% from the others.
When the new relay is activated, there is no mechanical "click" and the output voltage doesn't change.
I swapped connectors to see if the problem followed it to a different relay, but it doesn't seem to matter which connector I use - I get the same results.

The old unit that I am trying to replace is an Omron G7l-2A-BUBJ-CB (picture attached). I ordered the same part number off of Amazon (also attached as a picture), but both of them have slightly different labels. That's understandable, but since it's a low probability that I received two bad units, I want to check to be sure.

I found that 24vdc part - same number, just in 24vdc instead of 120vac.

Does anyone have knowledge of a reliable dimming relay I can use? When our pool was installed, we had a dimming relay for the spa light, but it have a life of about 3 to 5 years. After replacing it the 3rd time, we decided to just use a standard relay instead.

Has the reliability of the dimming relays improved? Is there a specific manufacturer that anyone would recommend?
