I got a new liner about 3-4 yrs ago. Basically, it seems like there are little rocks(pebbles) under the liner that are creating little holes in the liner and I'm losing water. I had a leak detection company come out patch 14 holes. He told me there are more and it's going to happen again. Has anyone had any experience with this and how did you handle it?

If you have debris rising up and poking through, the only good remedy is to re-do the base. Did you put anything under the liner when you installed the pool? Any Gorilla Pads, XPS insulation panels, etc?
I did not install the liner. A company did. I have to check the warranty and see what they are responsible for. I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this type of thing first.
