I recently had my older 1970s pool refinished and the contractor was unable to locate new jet return faceplates for my original jet returns. He ended up having some 3d printed but they are all failing after just a few months. I find it hard to believe that this style and size of faceplate just up and disappeared from the market or there is no old stock or remakes somewhere.
I've included a photo of the original compared to the newer ones I can find which are way to big (3.5" outer dimension), The OG faceplate is 2.75 outer dimension.
If anyone has suggestions, part numbers, or old stock I'd be grateful for any help at this point. Thanks!
