Tile adhesive on top of grout

I just had the tiling completed on my pool and while I am pleased overall, there are numerous tiles that appear to have the underlying adhesive on top of the grout (pics below). Is this something that is typically seen? If there an easy fix?

It looks like the tile guys did not wait at least 24 hours between thinset and grouting. It is just sloppy workmanship.

There is no easy fix.

I was afraid of that. There are about 6 areas where this is showing. I notified my PB and am waiting to see what they say.
