I dug out my old test kit and used the R-0600 out of it and it shows the FC to be well over 5... So does that mean that the R-0600 that came with my TF100 might be bad?

There is another bottle of reagent in the TF-100 that looks identical to the R-0600.....it is R-0003. Any chance you mixed them up?
