Just opened yesterdayand these are my readings from this morning.
Salt=3800ppm
CL=5-10
PH=8.2
FC=6ppm
CC=0
CH=125
TA=90
CYA=less than 30ppm
21ft. round by 52" tall=10,000 to 11,000 gallons. What to add and the amount? It would be awsome to have a spread sheet by gallons with targets and suggested amounts of corrosponding chemicals to reach these targets. TYIA.

Do you use PoolMath?

You should add enough muriatic acid to lower the pH to 7.6.

Start 20 ppm CYA worth of stabilizer dissolving using the sock method.

mknauss, Thank you for reminding me. This has worked well but I'm having trouble getting in the "spot". My new numbers are as follows.
salt=3200 salt went down, don't understand that.
CL=2-6
PH=7.8 added 7oz plus a little, pool math called for 7oz and a tsp
FC=2 my FC went down by 4ppm
CC=0
TC=2
CH=225
TA=100 It went up by 10, don't understand that.
CYA=40 added 1 gallon because I had that on hand, pool math called for 1 gallon and 1 cup
In a 10,000 gallon what should be the target salt content? I have an intek SWG, it doesn't really have percentages, just hrs.

I would think the 3200 ppm salinity should be sufficient for the Intex SWCG.
Add some liquid chlorine. Get your FC to target level for your CYA. Use the SWCG to keep it there.
