Quick question... this gues for anything but in this case, it's TA. Water turned clear at 7 drops. The next one would have been red but I saved the drop. The question is... register 70 or 80?

Don't be stingy with the drops. It might have taken 2 more drops to get to final red.
Ha. I hear ya but after multiple times of that last drop doing it from clear, i stopped. So sounds like after both responses, i'm registering 80. Got it. Thanks
I am not exactly sure what you are saying but mknauss and jblizzle are telling you the correct way to do it........add drops until there is NO FURTHER color change
And the TA test should never go clear. Starts green, might go purple/ grey, and then red/ pink.
After the 7 th drop, it looked clear. Maybe the stars aligned for it to happen but the green looked gone. In any case, i'm registering 80 and will stop being stingy and go one extra. I normally stop when i see the color change but I'll start adding one more.
