You can use the pool calc to figure 2 ppm per day and multiply that by 7 to get your average use.
If you read here you'll find that most people use between 2 to 4 ppm per day.
Your use should be between 48 and 72 oz per day which would be 2 1/2 to 4 gallons of 12.5%.
With the proper chem balance you should be able to get to 2 ppm use per day.
