Swim lesson time!

We are blessed to have our littles nearby. In addition to the pool fence and very mindful supervision (we usually have one or more designated pool watchers, complete with hat, or designate, on the fly, who's watching which little) we pay for swim lessons. The last few years they were private lessons in our pool. This summer they are with the same local lady who taught my kids 30 years ago. The 5 year swims like a fish, and his two year old sister and cousin aren't far behind.
What do you do to make your poolside paradise safe for the littles?

I have a fence around our pool. Keeps children and fur kids away until we are ready. That would be Molly waiting for the pool to open up.
