SWG repair

My Heyward Aquarite is blowing a fuse inside the display panel repeatedly. This problem started right after I did a partial water replacement, and my mistake may have been not powering off the SWG while I had the pool pump wasting some water, I am not sure. This is not the kind of thing I am very comfortable handling myself. Is this a known issue that anybody here has experience with? Any opinion of whether I'm most likely looking at a repair, or replacement?
