Thanks. If 6 people can fit easily we will be good. There is a total of 8 jets at 19gpm. Builder said they do not like to go below that to ensure great flow
Okay so here is your first job in building your pool! Run out there with a tape measure. Is the pool deep, wide, long, etc enough?? Add about 6" for the steel, shell, and plaster.
The depth would be from the bottom of the pool to the middle of the skimmer opening. For the sides add 12" (6" for each side).
-my PB who does huge commercial pools and such; great reputation. They want to pour my floor 8” thick with 4000lb concrete, then the next week gunite the walls and other areas? Is this ok? He said is will be a cold joint but they have never had one leak.
Sorry I did not answer before about the joints. They should be fine. The plaster will "tie" it all together as well as the rebar that is connected from walls to floor.
