Strange Sound Coming from "deck"

Attached is a "bad picture" shot through a screen...but at the moment it was the best I can do. The second picture is before the stamping and funny enough the guy is EXACTLY over the original spot that started this crazy post.
So far no more strange noises....
For all those that joined in the fun...thanks for helping and I am not sure I will ever 100% sure know what the sound was
