OK, so what is the source of my murkiness and how should I clear it up?

Hey there, looks like you are having some issues... From my point of view, You are going to extreme's We need to get you to the middle so we stay away from those extremes...

I think because they keep acid washing you are taking more and more plaster from your brand new pebble and that combined with washing soda is creating your murkiness, filter clogging, and your motteling and scalling..

Reccomendation: No more acid washes bring your levels up slowly, get some pucks in there once your PH is in the 7.4 to 7.6 range, use a couple floats, brush your pool and clear your filter as soon as you get to 25% obove normal..

And this is a big one BREATH Let us know what your thinking about doing before you do it, we all can help you through this but we are in reaction mode..
