Algaecide foam and CC should clear up with continued shock treatment.
Otherwise the numbers look okay for a vinyl pool; I get CSI -.96 which would be bad news for any other kind!

Gotcha. It appears the bubbles were mainly from lower water levels and the skimmers were taking in a lot of air. I seem to have a new problem now, I was progressing nicely - had my FC up to 18 yesterday. It fell by half overnight. I put in about 5 bottles of clorox to get the levels back up. I also put in 8/40 lb. bags of pool salt (about half what the calculator said to add) and now I get NO FC when I test the water?! Could the salt have eaten up all my good chlorine?
No, salt does not use chlorine. If your FC level fell overnight you still have algae.
