SPX1607Z2MS Capacitor?

Is there two capacitors on a Hayward dual speed pump (SPX1607Z2MS)? Mine won't start and without tearing back cover off, I wasn't sure if there was one inside, along with the one on top hump. Does anyone have the size/part#s of them? I looked online and not getting much information. Thanks!

You'll have to remove the back cover to get the part number if there is one there. Some have them and some don't.
