Hi, our spill over spa in about 12 years old and each year the fiberglass shell (sits on cement) is getting large cracks. It still holds water and works well. Is there a way to repair these cracks or is replacing the entire shell the only option.
Fiberglass is repairable but labor intensive. You need to figure out if repair is economical in your area compared to replacing the shell.
You need to find someone experienced with fiberglass repairs. Talk with car body shops who repair Corvettes or boat repair shops who repair fiberglass boats or find people who did that.
