Hi. My spa is on my second floor and “waterfalls” over to my pool on the first floor. Once the spa finishes running I lose water to above the jet line. I also need help getting my “waterfall” to run. When I press the feature on the controller nothing happens. My pool pump was just replaced from variable speed to fixed, I’m not sure if that messed my settings up.

Did you really mean that you replaced a VS pump with a Single speed pump??? That would be very odd if you did.

Yes, pad pics would help but sounds like it's not checking water on the spa returns. Very interesting design. Normally, that elevated spa would fit building code same as a patio, needing at least 36" from where someone could stand to top edge to not require a railing. Of course, you do have the pool below as a catch basin for them
