Spa does not pump air

In Spa Mode the handle end of the valve control both are on the right side as you face the wall. The spa operates normally, with bubbles, in this position, until Turned off and restarted. Then no more bubbles. I am stumped. Anything else I can try? Thanks.

As I said before, your new pump is not really made for spa jets and that could be the problem. So you will need to either replace the pump or add a blower which may or may not help.
